HANDMADE PRODUCTS

1. All products are handmade by me, sassigraphy, and therefore may differ slightly to the photos on my website but this should not affect the overall look of the design.

2. Please proofread all text and guest names sent to me as I will hand write them exactly as supplied and cannot be held responsible for any errors on your part.

3. Any duplicates required because of typographical errors on the part of sassigraphy will be done immediately at no charge, and shipped at sassigraphy's expense. 

4. Quotes for bespoke commissions are valid for 3 months from date of receipt.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

All of my products are lovingly handmade and personalised to order and therefore no two products are the same (I like to think of them as ‘perfectly imperfect’). I trust you will appreciate that this adds to the charm and individuality of my product offering and as such I am unable to issue refunds if you change your mind. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your item or it is received damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to provide a resolution. Please note, if this involves returning a product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

UK SHIPPING

My products are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class by default, you can update your postage to next day delivery* for an additional fee. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched, though I will do my upmost to fulfill it sooner if I can.

*To guarantee next day delivery, orders need to be placed before 12noon.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES

When a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. These fees are can be unpredictable and are the buyer’s/your responsibility.
